Best headset microphone for a professor?

i want to buy a headset microphone for a professor, (relative), on her "rate my professor page", students complained that although she was a good teacher and knew her stuff, when she drew on the chalk board, they could not hear her clearly. I want a good headset with a small mic coming around just in front of her mouth, I want a good one, but do not want to break the bank either.
